Meet Dan & JoAnn Dilts
Heaven's Best of Lancaster County was established in 2003 by Dave Dilts, and is now owned and operated by son, Dan.
For the first two years, the business was operated full-time by Dave, with Dan assisting. Dan became trained and certified, and together they built a solid business and reputation within Lancaster County. As a professional team, they concentrated on giving their Heaven's Best customers the service and attention they deserve.
Struggling with Parkinson's Disease, Dave was forced to withdraw from the daily operations in 2009. Dan now solely owns and operates the business, with mom, JoAnn, handling the office side of things.
Dave and JoAnn have lived in Landisville, Pennsylvania (Lancaster County) for 35 years. Lifelong pet owners, they've had extensive experience cleaning carpets, tile, rugs and upholstery. Just ask their current pets, a Golden Retriever, Halle Bear, and a Cockapoo named Jack.
Dan's home is in the city of Lancaster, where he lives with his Golden Retriever, Hoover (yes, after the vacuum!). Hoover has also honed our pet cleanup skills, as he learns to be a good boy, and leave the outdoors outdoors!
Dave and JoAnn also have two daughters, Stef, and Katie. Stef and her spouse live in Seattle, where she works as a data scientist. Katie is an oncology nurse in Boise, Idaho.
